Warranty & Important Information
Retractable reels are designed to accommodate approximately 2 oz., or 1โ2 standard badges. Excessive weight or extending the cord beyond approximately 28" may damage the reel mechanism. Hardware is guaranteed for 14 days. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
