Handle with care. Acrylic can chip or break if dropped or struck against a hard surface. Clean with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid alcohol and chemical cleaners, prolonged water exposure, excessive heat, and extended direct sunlight.
Processing & Shipping
Each badge reel is handmade to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for creation. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
Warranty & Important Information
Retractable reels are designed to accommodate approximately 2 oz., or 1–2 standard badges. Excessive weight or extending the cord beyond approximately 28" may damage the reel mechanism. Hardware is guaranteed for 14 days. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
